Jews celebrate festival of HATE
NSNS Monday, 9 March 2009 / 14 Adar 5768
NEW YORK – Jews throughout the world are giving vent this day to their ancient hatred of the goyim (Gentiles) with festive celebrations which began 2,500 years ago.
Beginning at sundown on March 9 this year, the festival, known as Purim, runs until dusk Tuesday. It is based on the
Old Testament account of the hanging of the Persian «Hitler» Haman, along with the wanton slaughter of 75,000 of his Aryan countrymen at the behest of the Jewish queen, Esther. According to the Talmud [Jewish commentary on the Torah]:
«The Jew is to say on Purim Day: … cursed be all non-Jews, blessed be all Jews.» Talmud Bavli, Orach Chaim, 660, 16.
On this day, Jews are encouraged by their holy book to get drunk, curse, revile and spit on the goyim. In olden times loud, boisterous street parties – with singing, dancing and drunken revelry throughout the night – were common in the ghettoes and shtetls of central and eastern Europe.
The tradition continues.
